Date Listed: Jul-09-08 2006 YFZ450 in great condition. Has minor scratches on the plastic due to normal riding in Georgia which is usually muddy. It has been kept in storage and out of sunlight and the elements so no fading. All original tires still have full tread. Very very low hours. 40 hours tops. I bought this quad in 2006 and due to the nature of my new job I have been unable to ride it regularly. I have added aftermarket parts. HMF Ballance series candy apply red exhaust pipe with 3 options run it normal, run it with a quiet core to lower the noise decibel or run it with a tourqe converter for more traction, re-jetted, new two stage air filter, opened up the breathing system a little to add to the intake. Gunner tether cord kill switch (required for racing), whirl-pull twist throttle, aftermarket soft grips. and shock boot covers to protect from dirt getting into components. Thats about all you need to wake this quad of for the average weekend warrior. This quad is very fast. If your looking for speed and agility this is the quad you need. This quad does not need any work performed. I still have all of the factory fittings including the thumb throttle for those who aren't comfortable with the twist. Due to my profession moving me to Europe for a few years I must sell. I do not believe that the Bill Ballance edition is being made anymore so that should make it a collectors item. I will throw in two motocross helmets 1 male and 1 female with 2 chatterbox 2-way radios that mount onto the helmet so you do not have to stop to talk to other riders, plus it will connect to MP3 players and cell phones. 1 chest protector. Beautiful, powerful quad, you will get noticed.
