My wife and I are looking for a home to rent through a private owner.We have been renting a 2br,2ba mobile home since july of 07.We'd like 2br,1-1/2 ba or 3br with same number of baths.I'm a master electrician and i'm able to do any work needed in exchange for the deposit.We'd like a total electric house if available but if not would like permission to make it total electric at our expense.We want this home in the columbus ga area. 200-500 price range .Rent to own is an option as well.
