Part Time Customer Service in Dublin

Our Dublin based company has immediate openings for part-time customer service representatives to work Mon - Fri , 10:00 am - 2pm  or  2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. We are a vehicle warranty company and we are looking for people who understand that Real Customer Service is more than just a promotional campaign and it takes someone who cares enough to give more than just lip service. The successful candidates will receive incoming calls within our small call center and will be required to answer customer questions about their automobile warranty contracts and look up information to give instructions to the customer.

 The successful candidates must be computer literate, trainable, and professional in speech and grooming and must have reliable transportation because we are not on a bus route. The work environment is fun and relaxed and the dress code is business casual.  Training is provided.

 If you would like to attend one of our open interview sessions you will need to reply back with the day and time that you plan to be here. The sessions will be conducted at the following times:

  Each session will start promptly at the designated time. During the session there will be a brief overview of the company and a tour. Then there will be brief individual interviews conducted. A second interview will be scheduled at a later time for any candidates that we would like to seriously consider at this time.
