Yellow Labrador Retriever - Large - Young - Male - Dog - Possum
Description
Possum is a nine month old yellow lab mix with an amazing story of survival. He was found by a local vet tech in a dumpster as a tiny puppy who could barely use his front legs. He was so malurished that he had rickets and was severly dehydrated. The vet tech spent months nursing him back to health-he has pins in both of his front legs. He is now a healthy and happy young dog who runs and plays normally. The vet tech had so many other dogs of her own so she brought Possum to us to find a new home. Possum has a great disposition-he is very friendly and adores children and is good with other dogs (would probably be fine for a home with cats too-he just hasn't lived with them)-he knows some basic commands and is just an all around great dog. Possum is current on shots, neutered, housebroken and on heartworm prevention. After everything this guy has been through, he really deserves a great home.
